How do I list my property?
Create a host account on fortunehomesbnb.co.ke, submit your property details, upload photos, and complete the verification process. There are no upfront listing fees.
When do I get paid?
Host payouts are released after a guest’s stay begins. Payout timing depends on the payout method selected.
Can I set my own cancellation policy?
Hosts can choose from available cancellation policy options when creating or updating a listing.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking as a host?
Host cancellations may result in penalties. Guests receive a full refund, and Moidah Homes may assist with alternative accommodation.
