Anyone aged 18 and above can create an account, book a stay, or list a property. We cater to business travelers, leisure guests, families, and long-stay visitors across Nairobi.

Bookings
How do I book a stay?
Search for a property on moidahhomesbnb.co.ke, select your dates, review the house rules and cancellation policy, and complete payment to confirm your booking.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Most bookings are confirmed instantly after payment. Some properties may require host approval, in which case confirmation is sent once the host approves.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel via your Moidah Homes account. Refunds depend on the cancellation policy selected for that booking (Flexible, Moderate, or Firm). Refer to our Cancellation Policy page for details.
What happens if I need to check out early?
Refunds for unused nights depend on the cancellation policy of your booking. Check your reservation details or contact support for guidance.

What payment methods are accepted?

Create a host account on moidahhomesbnb.co.ke, submit property details, upload photos, and complete verification. Listing is free with no upfront fees.
Can I choose my cancellation policy?
Yes. Hosts can select a cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Firm) when creating or updating a listing.
What happens if I need to cancel a guest booking?
Host cancellations may result in penalties. Guests will receive a full refund, and Moidah Homes may assist in finding alternative accommodation.
How do I manage bookings and availability?
Hosts can manage calendars, bookings, and pricing through their Moidah Homes dashboard. Our team is available 24/7 to assist.
